Ho’oponopono – Living in Divine Inspiration

Imagine wiping your mind’s slate clean and starting over without preconceived notions, so you can live in a world of daily wonder.

Imagine if anything and everything were possible. In fact, everything is possible when you look at the world free of mental constraints, and I will show you how to attain wealth, health, peace, and happiness.

The zero state

The Divine is our zero state – it’s where we have zero limits. No memories. No identity. Nothing but the Divine. In our lives we have moments of visiting the zero limits state, but most of the time we have garbage – what Dr Hew Len calls memories – playing out.

‘You have two ways to live your life,’ Dr Hew Len explains. ‘From memory or from inspiration. Memories are old programs replaying. Inspiration is the Divine giving you a message. You want to come from inspiration. The only way to hear the Divine and receive inspiration is to clean all memories. The only thing you have to do is clean.’

‘You have to clean on anything and everything, as you have no idea what is a memory and what is inspiration. You clean to get to a place of zero limits, which is the zero state.’

Self I-Dentity Ho’oponopono

According to the ancient Hawaiians, error arises from thoughts that are tainted by painful memories from the past. Ho’oponopono offers a way to release the energy of these painful thoughts, or errors, which cause imbalance and disease.

The older version of Ho’oponopono involved a facilitator who helped people heal problems by talking them out. But the kind of Ho’oponopono taught to Dr Hew Len is Self I-Dentity Ho’oponopono. It doesn’t need a facilitator and is done entirely within yourself. It is based on forgiveness: by asking for forgiveness we clear the path for healing to be manifest. What blocks our well-being is nothing more than lack of love. Forgiveness opens the door to allow it back in.

Accepting full responsibility for your life

We have to take 100 percent responsibility for our lives – no exceptions, no excuses, no loopholes. If you want to solve a problem, work on yourself. If the problem is with another person, for example, just ask yourself, ‘What’s going on in me that’s causing this person to bug me?’ People only show up in your life to bug you! If you know that, you can elevate any situation. How? It’s simple: ‘I’m sorry for whatever’s going on. Please forgive me.’

Complete responsibility means accepting it all – even the people who enter your life and their problems, because their problems are your problems. They are in your life, and if you take full responsibility for your life, then you have to take full responsibility for what they are experiencing, too.

This is a head-warping, mind-opening, brain-cramping concept. To live it is to transform your life as never before. Once you accept it, the next question is how to transform yourself so the rest of the world changes, too.

The only sure way is with ‘I love you’. That’s the code that unlocks the healing. But you use it on you, not on others. Their problem is your problem, remember, so working on them won’t help you. They don’t need healing; you do. You have to heal yourself. You are the source of all the experiences.

Zero Limits – basic principles

1. You don’t have a clue what is going on

It is impossible to be aware of everything happening in and around you, consciously or unconsciously. Your body and mind are regulating themselves right now, without you being aware of it. You are indeed co-creating your own reality right now, but it is happening unconsciously, without your conscious knowledge or control. This is why you can think positive thoughts all you like and still be broke. Your conscious mind isn’t the creator.

2. You don’t have control over everything

Obviously, if you don’t know everything that is happening, you can’t control it all. You have choice, but you don’t have control. You can use your conscious mind to begin to choose what you would prefer to experience, but you have to let go of whether you manifest it or not, or how, or when. Surrender is key.

You can heal whatever comes your way

Whatever appears in your life, no matter how it got there, is up for healing simply because it’s now on your radar. If you can see it in someone else, and it bothers you, then it’s up for healing. The more you heal what comes up, the clearer you are to manifest what you prefer, because you will be freeing stuck energy to use for other matters.

4. You are 100 percent responsible for all you experience

What happens in your life is not your fault, but it is your responsibility. You can’t blame anyone or anything for your current reality. All you can do is take responsibility for it, which means accept it, own it, and love it.

5. Your ticket to zero limits is saying the phrase ‘I love you’

The pass that gets you peace beyond all understanding, from healing to manifestation, is the simple phrase ‘I love you’. The idea is to love everything. Love the extra fat, the addiction, the problem child or neighbour or spouse; love it all. Love transmutes the stuck energy and frees it.

6. Inspiration is more important than intention

Intention is trying to control life based on the limited view of the ego; inspiration is receiving a message from the Divine and then acting on it. Intention works and brings results; inspiration works and brings miracles.

Which do you prefer?

How to heal yourself

Here is one of the Ho’oponopono proven ways to heal yourself (or anyone else). Remember that what you see in another is also in you, so all healing is self-healing. No one else has to do these processes but you. The entire world is in your hands.

Divine creator, father, mother, son as one . . .   If I, my family, relatives, and ancestors have offended you, your family, relatives, and ancestors in thoughts, words, deeds, and actions from the beginning of our creation to the present, we ask your forgiveness. . . . Let this cleanse, purify, release, cut all the negative memories, blocks, energies, and vibrations and transmute these unwanted energies to pure light. . . . And it is done.
