Geoff and Nadia Lawton will be attending the UK’s PermacultureConvergence, which takes place on 2-4 September 2016 at Nell Bank, Ilkley, West Yorkshire.

It is a rare opportunity to meet one of the world’s most renownedpermaculture teachers. Geoff is famous for his work alongside Nadia in regreening the desert in the Middle East.

The Convergence is a skill-sharing gathering where everybody becomes a participant. It’s a place to network, actively learn and share ideas and practices within the permaculture field.

The weekend will include many of the UK’s foremost designers, practitioners & teachers. Rebecca Hosking, of BBC’s Farm for the Future, will be speaking (via Skype) on Village Farm – Farming as part of an eco-system. There will also be films and a permaculture gardeners question time and more.

To volunteer, book your tickets and accommodation, view the programme and see further details.
